TEC Associates Ltd is a UK registered consultancy company, specialised in providing capacity building services. These cover education, training, HRD, institutional development, communication and community development. Consultancy services can be offered in project identification, management and evaluation. Geographical experience includes Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Pacific and the Caribbean.
The directors of TEC Associates are two senior international development consultants, Helen Olwen Herbison, and Philip Appleton, who have extensive experience of working in developing countries on projects funded by the EU, World Bank, ADB, DFID, Danida, Sida, Netherlands Cooperation, USAID, GTZ, KfW and UN agencies. They have a pragmatic, culturally sensitive approach to the provision of technical assistance to optimise the likelihood of sustainable results.
